Qualifying Weld Procedures

It is not unusual for Accuweld to qualify weld procedures to help a customer complete a job in the most timely, cost-effective way. 

For example, AccuWeld qualified a weld procedure that would bind Super Duplex 2209 to a dissimilar base material using an automatic pulse arc MIG process instead of an automatic cold wire TIG process.  This enabled the parts to be done at a higher rate of speed saving the customer a significant amount of time and money.
