Welding Procedures
AccuWeld has developed and qualified weld procedures in accordance with ASME Sect. IX, API 6A and NACE MRO175/ISO 15156-XXX facility codes for a wide variety of materials.
If we do not have a weld procedure needed for the job, we will qualify one.
Combined, our specialists have over 200 years of welding expertise, so when it comes to performance and quality no reasonable procedure is unattainable.
Cladding
We have expanded our cladding capabilities by adding equipment, including updated automatic pulse arc MIG processes and automatic TIG processes to increase our productivity with inlays and overlays.
Industrial Welding - All Metals
Commonly welded metals at AccuWeld include Carbon Steel, 300 & 400 Series Stainless Steels, Duplexes, Aluminum, Inconels, Monels, Aluminum Bronze and Brass, Copper, Colmanoy, Stellite, Nickel, Tungsten Carbide, 4130, Chromes F-22 / F-5 / F-9, Titanium, Zirconium and Tantalum.
Expanded Capabilities
Over the past few years we have increased our number of welders and staff to support the amount of jobs so as to keep production timely and cost efficient.
We have increased our capacity from the ability to maneuver 10,000lb parts to now being able to maneuver 20,000-30,000lb parts.
We have doubled the size and amount of our positioners in order to achieve greater lead times and larger capabilities.
Due to our diversity, expertise, efficiency, customer relations, and reliability, we have maintained a consistent level of business during the economic downturn, and kept our staff intact 100%.
